Humans life is besieged by in and out stimulus which populates different reactions and results–

Perhaps it populates different circumstances whether you like it or not,

In simple words, one-factor influences others and the cycle continues, this cycle of cascading stimulation known as the priming effect.

So, If I say, What price will you pay, If I make you feel happy in less than 5 minutes, disregarding what you have gone through?

It might sound weird or quite tricky but for sure it is a bit tricky.

Now, you must be wondering whether to tell me the trick or you may gonna tell me a joke and short anecdote which would make me laugh, right?

The answer is explicit No!

Your life is revolving around mindful experiences and subjective stimulus which mediates your mood to fluctuates now and then,

But at what cost...it does?

On the cost of your mental systems which are consistently working and creating memories into different orientations such as working memory or also called associative memory.

Let's get to the root here, you've heard the phrase infinite times when you step into your workplace, that–

"Whatever happens to you, try to put a smile on your face, you will feel better a little later " 
I hope it will sound a little familiar at least, right?

We humans and an act of understanding things around are an innate bound–which is unbreakable at most.

It is worth mentioning here that people with disabilities still exhibit a different set of understandings in their minds,

Which may or may not be similar to a normal person.

But what's the point?

The difference pops up, when, where and how we put things into their exact places which bestows the level of understanding –
Which no doubt is different in everyone,
So what if you upgrade the level of your understanding, ending up with critical changes in your life?

Your feelings, emotions would be influenced and certainly, a momentum of satisfaction ensures you feel happy or relaxed!

If we believe that we can control our mind and do what we wanna do, surely we will be in a better state of mind than we normally are.

"Problems never bring stress and anxiety rather it is you who behaves reluctantly towards them"

I happened to read the book thinking fast and slow by Daniel Kahneman and got amazed to learn how our mind perceives things–

And how our intuition misinterpreted things most of the time unless you are aware of your habitual intuition.

Moral of the Story :
Learning how our mind thinks and apply little things on daily basis makes life easy, in fact, with control over the mind, life worries would not hurt that much–
the way we feel as we learned from past experiences.

But you have to accept or believe that you have limited access to your working mind in a state of consciousness.
